Pen and Ink Wash Drawing
For this drawing it would be a lot easier if i had a pen instead of ink. Because, using ink is to messy and a pen makes it look a lot better. Anyways i had fun drawing and painting this assignment.
6 Variation
Using one object into different figures gave me a lot of critical thinking on how the object should be change into. Overall, it was a lot of fun to try and figure out what it would look like when it was done.

Figure Gesture Drawing
When I was done with the drawing, it seems similar like the chalk drawing, instead I was drawing a charcoal stick. I had to watch two persons dance that I haven't seen before. As my instructor pause the show I had to draw the figure as it is. Before I started drawing with the charcoal. My instructor gave me a warm-up drawing were I have to draw for less than one or two minutes. So after the warm-up I started the charcoal drawing and this is my result of my drawing.
Cityscape
This drawing is called the Cityscape, but I call it Saipan Garapan in the future. In this drawing it requires a yard stick and maybe a ruler for the details later. I used 2 point and 1 point view for this city scape. It takes a lot of patients to keep turning the paper just to draw the contour lines. As you can see I put up a clock tower, a church, a park with two ark structures and a fountain in it. I also put up a Pyramid that's better than the Egyptians had made. I am not quite done with the details, but I'll post up a new one when I'm done. Enjoy the future while it last.

Contour/Texture Drawing

Neutral Ground- Still LIfe
This drawing I started out first by using shredded pencil and lead, poured some on the paper then use my hand to smothered it to the paper. So the paper would look all shaded either light or dark. Then I used the knead able eraser that acts like a clay, its also a special eraser, cause it can go in any shape as I erase the shaded paper. So I used that, to erase the light areas and again not showing contour lines. And also at the same time I use cross-hatching to make the shaded areas darker so it will be more detailed. After doing that, the finishing touch of using the chalk for the light areas that was erased to make it even more stand out, for me.
Black paper/ White chalk of Seated Boy and Lincoln

Using a black paper and white chalk to draw was new to me. For the Seated boy I had to use the chalk to draw or sketch out the light areas, its more like the opposite of using the pencil. And again I have to not show the contour lines of my drawings. So I used my fingers to help shade the light areas and making it more detailed, that way it also helps to not show any contour lines. For the Lincoln I had to make my chalk small. I have to not use the tip of the chalk but the side, and I'm actually laying my chalk on the paper. I did the same technique like the first drawing, but using the chalk in a different way.
